I got my FP Code 3 notice this week. I have not recieved FP notice for my wife. I am primary applicant and it was applied on same day. We have recieved all the reciept notices for I485, EAD, AP together from NSC.

I have a valid stamped H1B visa and from India. I have applied for I485 last week. Can I travel to Puerto Rico while I485 pending using valid passport and H1Bvisa?.. I don't have EAD or AP at this point. Will this anyway impact my I485? I appreciate your reply. Thanks in advance

H4- approved Hi, jaxen2 1. H4 got approved after the RFE was replied. It took close to 35- 40 day range. 2. Why would you say that H1 ruled out for July 2004?.. The hospital has confirmed that they qualify as they are non- profit org. Is there any information, I should be aware of?.
