Texas is slow I have read (from this website) that TSC is slow in approving change to CP from AOS applications. I understand it takes more than six months. I dont think I have the luxury of time on my side. Thanks for your advice.

Worrisome trend KP, When you get the RFE, let us know what it is that they are looking for. That will be helpful to those who are employed by Public Institution. Congratulations though... at least you know they have looked at your file, albeit frowningly! Goodluck.

Approved My case was approved on 3-13-02. Just got an email to that effect from my attorney in Guam. The AVM is still playing the old message.   Details are: EB2 RD 11/18/01 ND 11/19/01 AD 3/13/02. Good luck to all those waiting.
