Hi Kulfi, I am also applying for PIO card for my kids. What supporting doucments are you sending? Accoridng to my knowledge we have to send notarized copy of our passports and kids passports. Is that sufficient? If anybody has went through the process, please post your experiecne. Thanks!

Thanks Pralay, this time I will be sending my parents affidavit. But chances are, I can get the new complete birth certificate. The same 2nd RFE is also sent for my wife!

RFE (last 2 years W-2,1040, 3 pay stubs and Birth certificate) replied and received on 5/18/2004. The email message says it takes 730 days to process this kind fo case! I hope not :mad: Wait is on.... :confused:
