No i didnt have any LUD on 140 prior to approval. I had LUD on 485 twice (12/10/2004, 12/13/2004) with same message saying they have received FP and started working on my case.

Sree234, You should have got the FP by now. I have seen (in the forum) guys who had filed in feb,2004 have got their FP notice. Call your lawyer and find out. I think thats all one can do at this stage(waiting for 140/485).
