Question about H4 to H1
My wife is currently on H4. Our visa has expired in January of this year. We have the H1 and H4 extension approved until 2006 from my employer. Now my wife is getting a project so she can get a H1 approved sometime in October (based on current processing dates). Can she start working on it...- bpkk79
