Today recieved the approval notice and message got change online that card is ordered.

Yeah my son had to do the Bio-3 FP when we went for the second time. No I havn't done anything for the namecheck, after reading through the forum looks like its hard to get it done faster. Its only to know what is the status, nothing we can expedite, just my thoughts. I am from India.

In my case they did gave response but can't truest the info, called 800 number and the representative told me NC is not cleared, but as per CSC its cleared. I don't know what to trust till get the approval. End of the day GC is still not cleared....

I am located in California, BUT my case filled in TSC.

I have called twice and every time they said will get the response in 30 days, but never got any. Lawyer initiated a seperate inquiried but no response yet. Don't worry nowadays TSC don't respond.

Came to know from the officer that everything is done like FP, name check clearance, but he is not clear why its not getting cleared. Now don't know what to do.
