    fjaffery I don't know what to tell you. I am a rookie here. My attorney gave me a copy of USPS receipt that they maill 485 application in Jan 2004. I have a RFE date Feb 14 asking for additional document from me and my sister.

    90 days rule I would like to verify this, my understanding is after we apply for the EAD and we waited 90 days . If INS doesn't give us a respond we will eligible for the interim EAD. I also saw this rule once on INS web site. How could they turn us away and only provide interim EAD AFTER...
