Another question
Thank you for above very helpful information. I am going to file
a letter for the transfering my I-485 to the approved I-140.
I have another question to ask you. Because my approved I-140
is an employer-based petition. Maybe I will move to another University
next year...
One I-485 and two T-140
I think if you read my last email, it is clear of my situation.
Certainly it is quite complicated.
My situation is that I file two I filed two I-140 applications.
But I filed only one I-485 application.
Now my first I-140 is approved.
My question: Is it...
I filed I-140 EB1-OR at June, 2003
I filed I-140 EB1-EA and I-485 concurrently at May, 2004.
My I-140 EB1-OR got approved at October, 2004.
Is my I-485 still useful for my approved I-140?
What should I do next?
Thank you for your answering my questions.

I filed an I-140 at June 2003 in EB-1-2 Outstanding researcher.
Last month, I filed concurrent I-140/I-485 in EB-1-1 Extraordinary
Ability. My question is: Can I file a I-485 for my previous

I-485, is it allowed?
This sounds stupid...

move to another city before my EB1-OR will be approved.
Based on what you said, I should file the I-485 based...

at university. I have around 40 journal papers, some citations (>100),
3 conference papers, and 2 chapters of books. My field is on
biology.
Thank you again if you have more tips on this case.
As mentioned previously, I have...
I am filing my I-140 EB1-EA. I am living and working at New
York State. People told me that I should submit my petition
to Vermont Service Center. However, having in mind that
the process in Vermont is slow, can I submit my petition
to, for example, Nebraska Service Center?
Thank you for...
I filed my I-140 EB1-OR at June 2003 at Voment. However,
based on the current process in Voment, I am afraid that
I will not get my I-140 approved before I change my current
job (around the end of 2004). So I am filing another
I-140 application on EB1-EA. The reason is that EB1-EA
will not...
