If you wrote the check for the I140 / I485 fees yourself, and if the check has cleared from the bank, it should have the WAC number on its back. You can use that WAC number to track status from USCIS web site.

RIR processing October 27. November cases will go to Philadelphia next monday Just called Maine SESA. The guy told me that he is processing RIR cases of October 27. Next Monday he will ship all pending cases (November onwards) to Philadelphia. He will probably finish RIR October cases by then.

I just called them. They said that they have started processing 9/12/2003.

I think they process one week at a time - like right now they are processing Oct 31, 2003 through Nov 7, 2003. So soon it will jump to Nov 14, 2003. Just my guess...

My company filed for my Labor Certification in Chicago in November. They have not given any receipt and I am not sure whether they have actually filed for my labor. Is there a way to verify that from DOL? This web-site has been very informative. Thanks for all of your help and information.
