reply count me as well I think May 2002 filers are so unlucky. For some reason, USCIS is not doing anything with the May filers. I did 2 FPs. I hope our files are stil alive.

This is kind of painful if the family member is not included in the I-485 application. One of my friends wife had to wait almost 4 years. Try for visitor visa but they will give I94 only for 6 months and can be extended for anoter one or two times.

Loosing time Usually the primary applicant looses time if they appy earlier, but the dependant do not loose the time regardless of when they are filing the extension. This is waht i noticed but could be wrong
