rohit_bha, I guess there is not much you could do about it. You have to wait till you get the response email the go for FOIA and then Hardy, Hooton ( with Congressman or Senater if they agree). Thats all what you can do. Take Care

Tangohi, You can only find out Name Check Initiation date from FBI email. It is taking them about 5-6 months for them to get back on this. FOIA results should be in your hands in about 2 weeks. Thanks
