Re-entering on previous employer's Visa
I have H1B stamping on my passport and the H1B is associated with my previous employer; it expires in April 2004. 1. GC Labor processing time
Could someone share how long it actually takes for the labor processing in NH? I files in the second week of May 2004 and still waiting. I don't believe the processing time posted on the website is true in all aspects. My friend who filed at the same time as me (May '04) got her entire labor... -
