Thanks rk2, but will I have to contact a new lawyer to handle any complications in wife\'s case ,if they arise? Because current lawyer is company lawyer and if I am no longer employee of current company then lawyer will not represent wife in case of any INS queries.

If they implement that ,then US citizens travelling abroad,will automatically get the same restriction.For eg. if they visit India or China or England they will get only a 30 day visitor visa. Currently they get a 6 month visa.
