Hi gurus,
My gc was approved a year ago and now I am thinking of going back to school. My wife's case was filed but is still pending.
Can anyone tell if my wife's case will be declined if I leave the job and go back to school? Will her case be affected at all?
Thanks!

This is happening for many of us.
My ND is 4/24/02 and I have not received the FP notice.
A friend of mine whose ND is 2/23/02 is on also the same boat.
Hello,
My ND is 4/24 but I have yet to receive the fp notice. My fp location is SFO. I have noticed that many April filers whose fp location is San Jose or Oakland receives fp notice within a month. What is wrong with SFO? The same thing happens for a friend whose ND is 2/23...
As I know it is very likely that I will change address during my 485 petition, is that possible to put residential address as a PO box address?
Since INS use regular mail to deliver, technically it is feasible. Does anyone has similar experience? What is the hidden hazard?
Sorry I have to post this not-485-related question here.
I am in San Jose, California. Two weeks ago I heard over the AVM that my 140 petition has been approved, but my lawyer haven\'t received approval notice. Is that a normal case? Does anyone has similar experience.
Thanks very much for...
I live in Menlo Park and plan to file my I-485. But I am not sure if I will go for FP in the SFO INS office or the San Jose INS office. I heard that SFO is much faster than San Jose. Any ideas?
I heard somebody got a RFE for it. INS wanted him to proof his "true"
residential address.
Anyone has similar experience? Please help. I need to submit the application today.
Hey folks I have two questions:
1. Does INS always send out two copies of FP notice and approval notice, one to me and one to my attorney? If the copy for me did not arrive for some reason, can I use the attorney\'s copy to obtain FP or passport stamping?
2. Which address does INS use to...
AOS questionnaire
In the AOS questionnaire, it is stated that INS will not take PO box as valid mailing address. Although I know some poeple useing the same attorney firm did get through.
