fredom thanks Snehanjali Take your approval notice, passport ( old & new if applicable ), EAD's, Advance Parole's ( if applicable), 2 ADIT pictures, and I-94's. Thats all she asked me. you have to surrender your EAD/Parole etc... Pretty straightforward process. Hope this helps.

RFE was sent out on March 10th. Responded lasst week. and NSC received on March 29 My ND is 03/24/02

Hey Wandergirl, What RFE did you get? I am going for 2nd FP tommorrow. but no RFE .. so does that mean, once they receive my 2nd FP, it should be in a position to further process. Is there any order like FP notice then RFE or viceversa? Just wondering thanks

Hi Snehanjali, We are in the same boat, from detroit. FP notice early Jan. Pls post if you find out something. My lawyer asked to call BCIS Detroit and see if they allow that. Thanks
