Anushri, The Court date (actually registration date) is always one or two days after the marriage. In my case the priest signature is on day of marriage and the registrar signed it two days later. I don't think this is a problem. Apurwa.

My AC-140/EB2 was received by Mumbai on July 22 and my attorney recd email on July 29 notifying the case #. So I am expecting interview in late Sept/Early Oct. I am sure you receive get your case # soon.
