Thanks evrybody for support in tough times. This morning i got 4 emails from USCIS saying that my case is approved on July 07,2004. I replied my rfe on 06/17/04....they updated there system on 06/29/04...they took almost 7-8 days to approve my case after recieving RFE. Thanks again... vj...

I just recieved email from USCIS...asking for more info...i did faxed inquiry couple of times no reply from them...i think thats what triggered RFE...waiting for RFE...who will receive Lawyer or me?? any ideas...bottom line is fax inquiry does help...my advice to everybody is to do fax...
