I am planning to extend the stay for my parents, I have one question, Should I pay the fees seperately for both applicants or only for the primary. I tried to do e-file and there it asks the fees only for Primary.

I need some help from you guys, when you file for extension, we should pay the fees for each applicant or only for the primary applicant, I want to extend stay for my parents.

Thank you my friends, All the old timers will get approval very soon. I called USCIS several times and every time they said my name check is pending even week before the approval at infopass. I think they are clearing all the old cases as soon as they get the namecheck clearance.

When I spoke with IO on Monday, I was told that they are looking into all the old cases who are struck in namecheck and as per IO the namecheck results are not updating in their system and it is their system issue and they are working on that and IO was really helpful and she spent some time...

Singh bhai, I filed at TSC not a transfer case and one more funny news with IO is that they are trying to process all the old cases. Let's hope some good news very soon.

gcmess2007, do not get frustated with their answers, approvals are still coming. I am also very much disappointed but there is nothing we can do from our side.

I had LUD's on pending I-131

My Attorney sent the request for FP, but I don't know whether that was the reason for getting the FP.

Don't get disappointed with/without LUD's, with TSC anything is possible. people got approvals with/without LUD's, it all depends on our luck.

I think we both got the same IO, she gave me this email address and I explained her that I sent several emails and not heard back, she asked me to send again :-). She told me my case is with an officer..

I called TSC just now, after waiting for 45 mins I got hold of an IO, she said my case is under review with an officer, she did not mention whether my security checks are cleared or not, when I asked can I expect any news, her answer is very soon I will get the news(I don't know if it is true)...

I just called USCIS and the information I got is that my case is with the officer, she didn't mention whether my name check is clear or not, everytime I call I am getting a different answer, I am clueless with these answers...

It looks like the TSC turn is over, and now NSC will start pouring approvals :-)

sree2005, your approval is on the way, if your congressmen said the namecheck is clear then it should be clear and as per your LUD's your getting the approval soon
