attn. nanshi and others!! briefly my case i140 substitution (original BE(EEE)+5 years, mine BE(EEE)+5 years) in nebraska. Receipt jul 8 2003 RFE 2/16/04 Ed. evaluation and company fin/taxes. replied in 10 days. message changed in site on 3/2/04. no answer yet as of today. filed...- naggc

after waiting for over 6 months, last week i filed 485. hoping that i would receive receipt and EAD. then probably i will contact bcis via my lawyer. naggc- naggc

mine not approved too. dates are exactly same. a person with dates just 2 two days before ours got approved. some one just sitting out there with our papers not knowing what to do!! did you file both 140&485 together?? thanx nag- naggc
