Hi usa_gcard, I would also suggest you send an email to chennai us consulate, with your name, address, and case number to ask them when your interview will be. Once you get a reply from them, take a printout of that email. This would show your name, address, case number, and interview date...

Krishnatrk, Congrats! that some quick response from INS..... You can call NVC at 603-334-0700, and get to an operator by entering some bogus case number. You can give your I-140 receipt number, and they can tell you if the case has been received by them. Then you can ask them about pkt3...

Validity of PCC As per the US consulate in Chennai, PCC is valid for 1yr from date of issue. Just an added note.
