Please count me in. I have not received reciept notices yet. Called immi officer. She did not find record in their system for my 485/ead/ap filing. Attorney says that the checks he wrote have not been cashed yet. Really worried as I continue to wait for receipt notices.

My I-485, I-765 (EAD) and I-131 (AP) have been mailed to USCIS NSC on June 11, 2007 via overnight delivery service. I haven’t received receipt notices for any of them so far. How long is it taking nowadays to receive the receipt notices? My I-140 was approved by NSC in Oct 2006. Thanks!

Does only the attorney receive the I-140 approval notice? Does the employer receive a courtesy copy of the I-140 approval notice from USCIS? Can anybody kindly answer? Thanks!
