Hi Guys I have a question for experts. My 140 approved on sep 10. 485 MD 02/28 and RD is 03/22. If I got laid off or lost my job for some reason. Can i use AC 21 law or is it applicable only after 180 after the approval of 140? Thanks in advance

For me they asked for experience letters. EAD was on hold untill RFE was answered and they approved EAD, 140 same day
