Just tell the officer you don't have one. I never applied for AP. I was asked for it when I went for PP stamping on Tuesday March 1 in Fairfax. I simply told the officer that I don't have one and that was it. Good Luck.

The RFE was about us having been out of status at some point. We fell under the 245 (i) law. The penalty for that is to complete the I-485 Supplement A form and pay a fine of $1000. In addition to that, my RFE also requires me to show that I will not be a public charge.
