I also feel the same way !!! So stop worrying too much, if it comes well and good, else also fine. I have just given up on DOL after they issued an NOF on my case after being returned by state (after the remand). Be happy and enjoy whatever we have got.

SFO RIR processing dates updated/corrected to August 2002 SFO RIR processing dates recorded @415-975-4601 (option 1,1) now says August 2002 for RIR cases. The recorded message also mentions of correction of the RIR processing dates (implying going back from Nov., 2002 to August 2002)...

Re: Error My thinking is, if it is not an error, the recorded status (updated every Monday) on 415-975-4601 (option 1,1) should reflect this change. Let us wait till coming Monday to see that.

I think gp111 was talking about SESA (State) processing date as being Nov. 22, 2002. Do not confuse it with DOL date.

Same here... Most likely the AVM database may be down or the portion of it may be down.

It does work now. I just heard my case with the same remanded status (no change).

rambo_fire, Can you check your status on AVM by calling 415-975-4617, then chossing option #1 followed by another option #1 and then entering your case no. 095xxxxx. This way all of us would know if the status does get updated if someone is as lucky as you. Thanks.
