    Hi, I wonder whether the choice of job title in form 140 is very important for NIW cases. Particularly, if it different from your job title in your H1 status (such as biologist in 140, material scientist in H1), will it cause any problem in the NIW application? Thanks.

    Is it required for MA RIR cases that one ad be posted at the website of 'America's Job Bank' (www.abj.org)? Is it true that any job with special requirements will be denied for MA RIR cases? Please advice. Thanks.
