Expired Passport - Valid Visa
No problem .. I have the same situation for the last 2 years and I travel every 2 months .. you will have not problems.. at the POE .. they will check u'r visa in the old passport and then attach the I-94 to the new passport- asen

RFE for I140 Hi, Recieved RFE on Aug 20,2003 for I140, receipt date 11 July,2003. EB3 at VSC.. Will this affect EAD or AP processing ? Thanks- asen

Hi, We applied for 1140 and 1485 concurrent processing on June 26 of this year. We also applied for EAD and AP on the same date. The notice date for the application is 11th July.2003. However when I check the website it says that the application was recieved on 11th July. How long does it...- asen
