    You will be OK if your labor was filed before Jan 2002. It will affect existing/new cases where the priority date is later than Jan 2002.

    You can take the infopass appointment if you want, but it is not necessary. You can just show up at the ASC with at least one FP notice and they will take your FP.

    geneba, Try early FP. Just show up at the ASC with spouse's notice and ask if they could take your FP too.
