I did not get any approval notice.Got the plastic card and a welcome pamplet that's it. Do you get the approval notice or the lawyer?

My 485 was approved on june 1 and I received the card in today's mail. I haven't got the approval letter yet.I know that's nothing to worry now,but just wondering if it will come to me or go to the lawyer or will that even come?

These processing dates make no sense to me at all.All you can do is place enquiry after enquiry once the processing time crosses your ND.These processing times nor the category matters to any one in TSC,there is no logic in the dates nor the way they work....

FP experience at charlotte I went for my FP on saturday at around 7.30 am.They were very friendly.They let me and my wife do our FP even though my wife dnt have her appointment letter.Going early was the best thing,we were out in one hour.thank you every one for the valuable advice. Now its up...

congrats kusho on your approval I too got RFE on my I-485 recently.It was about employment letter and current salary.My lawyer replied to that recently and Iam waiting anxiously to hear back from TSC.Now a days you see a lot of silly RFE's.Dont worry,your RFE will also be something simple.

There is pretty much nothing we can do about the way TSC works.You can send all the documents soon and try to go for early fingerprinting.Even i got RFE for employment letter and salary,and these documents were already send with I 485-packet.I think they issue RFE these days for no genuine...

Talk to your lawyer and make sure all the documents requested were send. They have taken up your case for review after you send RFE.So that's a good thing.
