Thnaks for reply. ----- Do you mean when you changed employer during Jun – 2001, when your new employer filed H1 transfer you did not get new_194 attached with your H1 approval notice? And your spouse got I-94 extended and attached with H4 approval from Legacy INS or BCIS? **** My Employer... -
