I talked to IIO on 24 May. She said case is not assigned. Will be assigned in next 45 to 60 days. Should I call again or wait for few more days? I am trying for last 2 days. The line is always busy.

DId you talk to IIOs. How many times? What did they say? My RD/ND dates are 2 days after you and FP on the same date 3/26/02.

To greaty-k Could you please send an e-mail or correct the data. 1. If FP date is before ND 2. ND is before RD Most of the cases 2002 has been wrongly updated with 2001. And when we do the sort, we are not getting the required results.

Which state? My dates are closer to your friend. When I talked to IIO, she said it\'s not assigned and I should apply for EAD extension. It will be assigned in 1 to 1.5 months. I guess your friend is lucky and got a good IIO. CONGRATS to ur friend
