I was one of the 2001 filers who didn't receive any FP notice last year. I finally got one and did my finger print last week and my status has been updated to FP received/resumed. Can somebody tell me if I need to call uscis to make sure my case is assigned to an officer or just wait...

Can this be reasonable? It takes forever to get a green card and a year (7 months in reality) to get an AP? Without both, how can we go outside of US if needed? Are we paying the federal income taxes as well? Don't we already have an approved immigration visa? How come we are like...

So the person who remove cases from the stack will determine which cases get processed and if a case is at the bottom of the stack it will never been touched. :eek:

Is there anyone with ND in July 01 or before have not done their FP yet? I haven't and I am concerned my case will be one of those that will sit there forever.:(
