    Anyone with frequent travel after GC , applying for N400?

    You are fine. I had about 9 or 10 back to back trips of about 2 to 3 months each. Carry all your tax papers and other evidence to demonstrate ties to this country during that period. i.e, Rental, mortgage, bank statements etc.

    No, they do not care about the tax return amount. Collect all documents that show that you have lived in the area for the time duration needed (> 3 months in the district) and you meet the residency requirements.

    Well, lot of couples file for separation, but they do not actually go through with the divorce process. After the cooling-off period, they decide to reconcile. You are technically still married and your answer could be " I am married" .
