yes..for my I140 and both 485(spouse n mine)

I also saw such last updated date on my cases without of much change in status. But my employer/attroney got the I140 denial after fewdays. Hope it is not the same with you. Pray god........Good luck

what does it mean??? I register for this. According to it, my I140 case was last updated on 04/02/04. RFE was replied on Feb4th 2004 and I485 ND:2/13/2004. EAD/AP approved on 4/16/04.. any correlation for I140 last updated time??

Nanshi, The following are my details.. * I-140 applied -3/21/2003 & RFE replied 2/13/2004 no approval as of now * I485/EAD/AP applied 2/13/2004 received FP notice, EAD/AP approved on 4/14/2004

too confusing.. I checked with my attorney..as per him if I have a valid H1, and stampted Visa there should not be any problem. The same time I called USCIS customer support. She told me that even if I have a valid Visa once my application is in AOS I can travel only with the approved AP...
