Getting GC is not the only achievement in life

It's really pathetic to think that getting GC is an "achievement" at all.

Getting GC is a Reality Show!.... really

I am sure there'll be lots of contestants on that show.

New York City / Plastic Card

I'm just the opposite. My wife's got her card first while I am still waiting (btw, I was the primary).

    GC Plastic Card Tracker

Don't bet your money on it, vikoviko. My wife and I went passport stamping at the same time last month. While my wife has got her plastic card, I am still waiting. Same old story for USCIS.

    What if FP done early?

At least there's no indication that doing an early FP will get you approved sooner. I think it will probably do more harm than good...

    What's next after approval?

This is absolutely NOT true! Don't ever give other people any advice (or answer) if you've no idea of what you're talking about!

    Need Stamping Experience in NYC

I showed my NY driver's license to the guard at the entrance. I think it's ok to use other state ID's. In addition, you have your passport with you. Don't worry too much about it. If you can get on a plane, you will be able to get into the building. :)

Thanks. Do you have to submit EAD and AP? How was it written on your 485 approval notice? Mine doesn't mention EAD and AP at all.

Has anyone here had his/her passport stamped in NYC?

I am surprised nobody from NYC cares to share his/her stamping experience. Hope it won't take me 3hr like my FP2.

Sept_02 fillers Please share your 2nd FP & RFE details ..

For concurrent filers, priority date (usually around the time that you filed your I-140) is an important factor in getting processed and approval.
