I also called in few minutes back to check status, lady transferred me to someone but it went to his Voice mail ..It has happened twice .. I am never able to get hold of live person to get status .. Any ideas?

I had similar situation, my Previous case had NOF issued for the same reason as yours.Lawyer said its difficult to respond to that NOF so they asked for time extension to respond to that NOF and filed my 7th year and seond Labor and later withadraw the one which had NOF issued.
