That shouldn't be a problem for you. My 2nd FP was done on 07/16/03 (manual, on paper)..That local center was sending all FPs on following Friday. FBI send back the results to BCIS on 7/22/03 and of course approval took almost 1 and 1/2 month (9/11/03).

Looks like BCIS online database is totally screwed up. I'm getting the same message (receipt not found) for myself and my wife from this morning. It was fine until yesterday afternoon. They need better DBA! :D Well, atleast AVM gives us correct status.
