Congratulations, buddy! After a long vacation(more than three weeks), I observed some approvals for 12/01 cases. On Wednesday, there were 5 approval for my ND and on Friday added one more!

Earlier 2FP a week ago. Primary's status got updated. Secondary's still old message.

For my ND, I saw only 3 approvals but 11 transfers during the last month. Totally 37% were transfered, 32% were approved and 31% are still waiting.

For 1FP, I don't recommend to do it earlier. But for 2FP, you can go ahead and try. At least in Cleveland OH, most 2FPs were done ealier as the staff said. Just mention you will go for vacation during holidays. Sometimes you may be unlucky to meet a staff with bad mode, but it's ok to do 2FP...

Contact your senator, apply EAD/AP etc. Also inquiry BCIS on your status. Try all you can try to get 2FP or RFE. Good luck!

I have the same experience as you. RFE was received before 1FP expiring. I had thought I could get approval very soon. Then waited for a very long time and lost hope of approval without 2FP. Then wait for 2FP for another long time. Now I am prepared for another long waiting after 2FP.

When I went to 2FP, the staff asked both my wife and me the same questions: "Is this your first FP? When did you do the last FP?" I think this may have become the standard questions for local BICS FP staff since there are more and more 2FPs or even 3FPs. I went for the ealier 2FP, the staff...

Maybe you can create a poll to see if it really matters.

The whole December is their holiday. Hope they can speed up in Janurary.

I am also wondering what ESC is. But it seems all the new FP notices have it as the service center. Maybe it's a special department of BCIS to handle FPs.

What does ESC mean? I live in Ohio but applied through VSC.

Are the status of your 2FPs upated on-line? If not, it may be that BCIS has lost your 2FP reports.

Does anybody know what service center "ESC" stands for? It's on my 2FP notice.
