If your I-94 from last entry and I-94 with H-1b are showing the same number, you need to return your last entry I-94 while your are traveling back at the airport.

Yes mittu1. My FP is code 3 biometrics. I received Card ordered mail on 4/12/2005. I didnot receive approved mail. Few in the forum received approval mail first and in the same day card ordered mail. I received - Card Mailed - mail on 04/15/2005 and recd cards on 04/18/2005.
