Puhrince I consider this as big hurdle the reason is i am completing my 6years H1 Term by May 1st 2004. May be it might have approved in Feb 2004 if it was not remanded but DOL you never know thz reason i choose my id as 2Hard2Guess.

Re: Re: Labour approved Seabird As per my analysis on DOL processing i figured out that they are processing by case number not by Priority Date. even my priority date is Oct 21st in my company my colleagues case also has same date but case numbers mine was 054287XX not yet assigned to...

My Opinion on DOL Processing Order? Processing Order i am not sure how DOL considers Cases in Series 054281XX to 054283XX they are processing But some of the cases inbetween has priority dates of Nov 2003 too...Also some cases in Series 054287XX has priority dates as Oct' 21st 2003...
