    So it took 7 months for the first agency check. Maybe they only processed the finger print result when agency check comes back and your second one has not come back?

    I did it on Jun 7th 2003, my spouse did it on Jun 14th. Even though I did it early, it isn't updated.

    RD Nov 2001 1FP Feb 1, 2002 RFE April 22, 2003 for medical Replied May 5 2003, INS updated on May 7 2003. 2nd FP notice received Jun 6 2003.

    I got the 2nd FP notice. I got the RFE before 1st FP expired, but replied after it expired. Got 2nd FP notice last Friday.

    RFE, Still waiting approval

    I also called twice. Was told officer has yet to pick up my case. It depends on the officer's workload, he could have 100 cases on hand. Somebody with RFE got approval sooner, somebody later. We are the unlucky ones.

    My RFE response was received by INS on May 7. No News. It drives me crazy.

    What do you think of this Logic?

    I received RFE before FP expired, but replied after it was expired. Called in a couple days ago. IIO said I should expect to re-FP. Frustrated. It has been a month since they received my response.:mad:
