guys, I have applied for my 3rd EAD on Oct 28th, I still dont have any reply from USICS. My current EAD expires 31st Jan 2004. If I dont get my EAD approval can I work or should I stop working until I get my new EAD. Please help. Thanks,

On friday 08/15/03 , I got second FP Notice. My fingure print date is 09/09/03. I already got RFE. Guys I have one question. Can I go to fingure prints before the date given by INS to speed up the process. I live in DC suburbs.

Hi guys, I received RFE yesterday for employement letter and two pay stubs(myself), birth certificate affidavit ( my wife). After changing job I did not notify BSIC. Do I need to fill any form for this change of job or just send my new employement letter with RFE notice? Please advice...

I spoke to IIO this afternoon. she said my case has been assigned to an officer, but she does not know how long it is going to take. They are right now processing Dec 01 cases. How long does it take to get the status changed after it has been assigned to an officer?? Thanks..
