Krishna1, I am also in the same boat like you except that mine is in Chicago. After the advertisement the lawyers sent their response to SESA. SESA forwarded this to DOL next day itself(04/18/03). After that I have no idea. Mine is filed in June 2001. if you have any updates please let me know...
