ganshm, I think you still need to file to CSC that's where your 485 pending. YOu can check it in the BCIS website, Forms and Fees, I131.

Yes, I think FBI had checked your case. I checked FBI in the second or the third week after the finger print. They said they've send the result to INS. By law they can say if it is clear. But they'll let you know if they've done the check.
