Thanks Huracan. Yes it is for my wife, I am a US citizen. We are also keeping our two homes here in Reno and putting them on Rent so it is not that we are abandoning this area. Hopefully we will have something soon, keeping our fingers crossed.

Thank you LadyBuggy. I think just to be sure, I might just give them a call and see if they show that finger prints for this application show as complete or not. I would hate to wait 3-4 months just find find out we have to redo the prints and then wait more for the interview letter...

I send simple Priority mail. It comes with tracking and gets there in 2-3 days. Unless I feel other side may not admit they received my mail, I do not feel I need to include delivery confirmation or signature confirmation.
