dont want to spoil the hopes, but do remember that our cases are in regular queue, for which additional recruitment effort is also required, apart from 45 days letter. Ahhhhhhhh Also seems like BEC hasnt even started looking at state cases, not a single 45 days letter reported yet for cases...

Its actually amazing and amusing that not a single remanded case has got 45 days letter yet, although these are prolly the oldest cases in the queue.

well as per immigration websites, if state has started recruitment process, or sent out a letter on the case, it is conisdered OPENED. For our cases, state is just sitting on their bums, so it seems that these would be considered as UNOPENED. (although my poor attorney has no idea about it :( )...

Re: Remanded to state directly? exactly, these options were given, and my company has decided to play safe and not go with market retest route. Sending to SESA as non-RIR may be easy for company, but pretty painful for employees.
