if anybody did this- help me I Changed my company and got new H1 for that.I did not stamp my new visa yet. My old visa valid till dec- 05. Can I travel to India and come back on my old visa ? What about I-94 entry? Please give me some idea so i can plan my tickets. Thanks

I got my visa revalidated and the new visa issued. I don't see any stamp on the new I-94. Is this normal? I thought the visa expiry date (Dec-2005 in my case) would be stamped on the new I-94 as "admitted till ...". I am not sure if this would case any issues. Any comments? Thanks, Rico

Dont Worry !! I went thru a similar experience earlier this month. My PP was stamped and send to QA, after that it took around 2 weeks to get my PP back thru USPS. In my case, the tracking did not show up anything, because there was no post office seal in the envelope and no one scanned...

Thats really depends and there is no fixed limit. Sometimes its posted the very next day and sometimes its posted 3-4 days later (as was in my case).

Still Waiting Guess I am the only one still waiting!! SL Date: Jul 23 Last I heard, my visa got stamped/approved on Oct. 29. But nothing on my mail so far.

Even my case is taking a bit longer than others. My SL date was Jul 23 and still waiting. Nothing to worry, it just takes time.

Called DC office today. My visa is approved and gone for printing. It seems then it would go for "Quality Assurance" and I would get it in 2 weeks time.

RE: Status as of 16th October Raja Saba: Are you sure that your SL date was Jul 29th? There is no update from Jul 21 and the DC dates from July 24th is somewhere in Aug. end? How come ur PP moved up the priority ? Whatever good for you...ur PP is through... Cheers!!
