no updates yet My FP was done 4 weeks back (actually on 10/16). It was originally scheduled for 11/12/04 and I went for early FP. There was no change in LUD. Is this something normal? Any input is appreciated ! Thanks

You might be better off using H1-B. I had a similar situation and my attorney sugegsted to use H1. Thanks

Dude - Lot of us in this forum have 485 ND in mid 2003, we haven't received the FP notices either. So you may have to wait a little longer unless you are too lucky to get it ahead of us ! Thanks
