NJ I am from NJ, I am unable to get hold of the IIO. Its been two weeks and even lawyer did not recieve any approval notice as of today.

Hi all, My 485 was approved on Feb 22, 2002. I check the AVM it said approved and an approval notice is mailed to you. When I checked it today again(Since I haven\'t received the approval notice yet), it says, an AMMENDED NOTICE on this case is mailed on Mar 4, 2002. but my wifes case still...

No RFE No I haven\'t received any RFE, They were waiting for my I-140 petition from VSC. I have applied for AOS not CP.

Me Too When I called IIO first time on 1/10/2002 I was told the case was with the Officer and asked me to wait for 30 days. When I called them on 2/5/2002 I was told the case was assigned only on Feb 4th ( Strange response !!!). I am not sure what to believe. So applied for renewal of EAD which...

Just talked to IIO (12:41 PM) I just finished talking to a nice IIO. She told me that my case was assigned to the Officer just yesterday (Strange !!!) and asked me to wait at least 4 weeks for the approval. Here are my details. PD : 1/00 RD : 3/09/01 ND : 3/16/01

I talked to IIO last week, she said they are waiting for my I-140 petition from NVC(National Visa Center). she said same thing when I last called on Nov 28, 01. DO any one know how long does it take to get this from NVS to VSC. I guess people waiting for approval for Dec/Jan are having this...

No Title No letter, nothing was given by company, no idea if they r still supporting or not just joined another company on EAD & hoping that everyhing may go well

No Title Does this mean that your case is / will be soon assigned to an officer for review / deceision?. Have you crossed 180 days.. Mine is also same case.. but yet to finish 180 days, got laidoff & changed job on EAD, can anyone suggest / shed some light on such matters, thanks
