    nd guys, notice date was, believe it or not, june 25, 2002 (200TWO). BTW, it seems the approval was triggered as I had sent my ead renewal during first week of november '03. I checked this AM and the EAD renewal was approved today (a day after EB1A approval). Good wishes to all.

    ead renewal GC7 my ead expiry was last week of march'04 and I had applied for renewal 1st week of november'03...till date no news (I applied for interim EAD for the time being)...hope this helps. In other words 5 months in advance was not early enuf.

    ead after the msg says "....an approval notice was mailed..." I got it in less than 5 working days. It was mailed directly to me (and not the attorney). Best wishes.

    bhatsheetal if it helps, mine(ead and ap) came around 30 days after nd (...and 60 days from rd). Both were approved within couple days of each other (both, as in ead and ap)

    HAOWAWA yes, you can have your EAD/AP approved prior to 140 approval...my 140 is still pending since june 2002...filed 485, ead, ap early 2003 which got approved (ead/ap) after about 35 days. fp done. goodluck

    Damn now 90-360 days for I-140

    ! first 90-180 than 90-300...and then when my case hit 301 days it changed to 30-360 days. Atleast we see an improvement in the lower threshhold to 30 days....whatever good that does!!!:p
