You got that denial because you already have permanant resident status and you don,t need AOS anymore. I have seen similar notice of denial for EADs after I485 was approved. Hope this help.

Rajiv, I fully agree with 140_takes_4ever. I also think we have a legal ground to sue USCIS for its treatment of beneficiaries at various service centers, as in case of TSC we have to wait one full extra year to get adjudicated and we have no control over it. I feel this is out right...

Me And My wife gave Fp on may 21 '03 still same crap 900 to 995 days. I called TSC number when it was available and they told me they got Fp results from FBI for both of us and pending review by an IIO.Now i couldn't get any of that info.

I tried to scan the result for 02-131 here. Is there a way I can scan only the I 485 numbers in this sheet. I think that will be lot easier to scan because USCIS sit Blocking for every 1000 numbers and some times for 2 days.
